AnnDAVISDAVIS - ANN, JULIE and SUSAN would like to thank friends and family too numerous to mention for the cards and floral tributes and for the support given since the loss of MICK. They would also like to thank the district nurses (Halewood) and Camberley Medical Centre for their care and attention to Mick during his illness.
